Compliance with Building Regulations

As a homeowner you may not be aware of this but, when fitting energy effiecient lighting, mechanical ventilation or fire detection - to name but a few - there are a number of building regulations that you must comply with.

Here at M K Allen Electrical we have the knowledge and skills - backed up by more that 14 years on-the-job experience - to advise you on any issues relating to building regulations and/or carry out any work on your behalf.

Fully Certificated Workmanship

Because we are fully Part P registered, we can make sure that any work we undertake will comply, not only with building regulations, but also with the latest 17th edition wiring regulations.

And, on completion of any work, we will issue you with certification and notify building control, so that the council can then issue a completion certificate.

Without knowing exactly what you want, it's impossible to provide an accurate price. However, if you can provide us with a copy of your plans, we may be able to give you with a quote. Otherwise, we can always arrange a site visit.
